If for any reason (we don't ask questions) you decide that your Carson Optical product doesn't meet your expectations within the first 30 days you own it, contact us for a Product Return Authorization Number (PRAN) and we'll instruct you how to return the product and receive a refund of the full purchase price you paid for it.
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST obtain a PRAN before you return the product or we will not accept it or refund your money.
Even after that, if some time later you decide to send it back, contact us for a Product Return Authorization Number (PRAN) and we'll instruct you how to return the product and receive a refund of the full purchase price you paid for it less a 25% re-stocking fee. That's a satisfaction guarantee you can't get from anyone else in the industry.
We want you to be happy and will gladly help you get the right optical product for you with no hassle or argument involved.
